Cheyenne Police have arrested a woman in connection to three package thefts reported at residences in Cheyenne. On September 30, Officer Bolkovatz was dispatched to a report of a package theft at a residence in the 900 block of East 6th Street. The victim provided doorbell camera footage, which showed a blonde woman arriving in a gray Chevrolet Trailblazer with a noticeable dent near the front wheel. She took packages from the front door and left the area. The victim shared the video on social media in an effort to identify the woman and vehicle. The post generated tips from community members, providing the officer with additional leads. The investigation connected two similar package thefts that occurred at separate residences on September 25 and September 28. In both cases, surveillance video showed a blonde woman arriving in a dented gray Trailblazer and taking packages from the residences. Ofc. Bolkovatz used Flock Safety cameras to find a gray Chevrolet matching the description of the suspect vehicle. The license plate displayed in the photos was used to identify its registered owner, 37-year-old Erica White. At approximately 10:30 p.m. on September 30, the officer located White's vehicle in the parking lot of her workplace. White was found sitting inside the vehicle and was taken into custody without incident. She was transported to the Cheyenne Public Safety Center for questioning, then booked into the Laramie County Jail for three counts of theft. The items reported stolen were found inside the vehicle.
