The Cheyenne Police Department oversees parking enforcement and permits for Cheyenne roadways and City of Cheyenne parking structures.
PARKING TICKET PAYMENT
Pay Online: Drivers can download the free ParkCheyenne from the App Store and Google Play or manage their parking online at parkcheyenne.ppprk.com.
Mail a Check: Checks can be mailed to the Parking Administration Manager at 415 West 18th Street, Cheyenne, WY 82001. If you have further questions, please call (307) 637-6586.

Parking Structure Fees
Anyone may park in City of Cheyenne parking structures (Cox Parking Structure, Jack R. Spiker Parking Structure, and the East Lot located at East 17th Street and Warren Ave) for two free hours. After two hours, there is a $4.00 flat rate or drivers can purchase a monthly permit for $45.00.

On-Street Construction Permit
Intended for those doing construction or maintenance and needing to park beyond the posted time limit. Applies to a specific block face and timeframe where/when work is being done on a "first come first serve" basis. Individual parking spots cannot be reserved. Limited to three vehicles per project and each permit is $60.00 for each calendar month.

Food Truck Permit
Allows a food truck to park in a timed parking space beyond the posted time and across multiple parking spaces. In order to park in front of a business, the permit holder must receive a written permission from the business and be able to produce evidence of that permission upon request. The permit is $60.00 per month.

On-Street Critical Parking
Annual Critical Zone parking permits. These permits are only for qualified residents who live in areas signed as "Critical Zones," particularly the area adjacent to the state capitol complex. These permits no longer have a fee.
