The Cheyenne Police Department oversees parking enforcement and permits for Cheyenne roadways and City of Cheyenne parking structures.  As we adjust to our new role of issuing parking permits, we are looking at technology to simplify the process of buying a permit.  Until that plan is implemented, the following applies:

As of March 12, 2018, we will have two types of permits available.  THESE WILL BE THE ONLY VALID PARKING PERMIT TYPES FOR CHEYENNE STREETS AND PARKING STRUCTURES.  Existing permits within these types are valid until their expiration date.

On-Street - Annual Critical Zone parking permits.  These permits are only for qualified residents who live in areas signed as "Critical Zones." These permits no longer have a fee.

Parking Structure- $4 daily/$45 monthly City of Cheyenne Parking Structure Permits.  These permits allow parking in the City of Cheyenne Parking structures (Cox Parking Structure, Jack R. Spiker Parking Structure, East Lot located at E. 17th St. and Warren Ave).

To purchase a parking permit for a city owned parking structure, please download and fill out this form and email it to Ted Miazga at .  Requests will be processed within one business day.
