Chaplain Dan

Chaplain Dan is an ordained Deacon in the Anglican Church in North America.  He currently serves at St Peter’s Anglican Church in Cheyenne.  He also works as a chaplain at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and volunteers as a mentor for the No Veteran Dies Alone program at the local VA hospital.  Dan is also the training officer for the Wyoming Law Enforcement Chaplains Association and is an active member of the International Conference of Police Chaplains.  Dan can be reached by phone at (307) 631-3960 and by e-mail at

Chaplain Jack

Chaplain Jack was ordained as Elder in the First Presbyterian Church of New Braunfels, Texas.  He is an active member of the Highlands United Presbyterian Church in Cheyenne.  Jack has served both in the Air Force and in a variety of church organizations through the years and currently is trained for both Citizens on Patrol and Chaplaincy duties with the Cheyenne Police Department.  Jack brings a wealth of experience to the department, blending his time in the military with broad experience in a wide variety of civilian service organizations.  Jack can be reached by phone at (210) 392-6907 and by e-mail at

Chaplain Doug

Chaplain Doug received his ordination from The Salvation Army's seminar college in Los Angeles.  He and his wife are the Officers/Pastors in charge of The Salvation Army in Cheyenne.  He and his family moved here from California in 2012 and since then he has been active throughout the community.  In addition to his Salvation Army tasks, Doug is a member of Kiwanis, serves on the Laramie County Community Partnership board and volunteers at the Cheyenne VA hospital.  Doug can be reached by phone at (559) 679-1408 and by e-mail at
